Shipping and Orders
We supply our products from several jewelry designers within Europe and Asia. Our fulfillment center is situated in Asia, thus, please allow up to 1-3 weeks for shipping to the US and Europe and up to 3-4 weeks if the order is from outside of these areas.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
We offer free worldwide shipping! Our fulfillment center is located in Asia and therefore shipping times may vary depending on where you stay.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot guarantee shipping times. We process your order within 2-3 days of your purchase and once the package has left our fulfillment center we can not guarantee its arrival time. All shipping timeframes indicated are just estimates and are not guarantees.
PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a mail carrier failure, please contact your local carrier directly with any questions or concerns.
Chronos Emporium offers worldwide shipping. PLEASE NOTE: certain countries may require a slightly higher shipping fee and a longer shipping time.
Although it is unlikely, some of our higher-priced products may be taxed by the Customs and Border Protection Agency of your country.
In the event a charge occurs, customers are 100% responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your country’s customs department.
For an exact cost of these fees, you should inquire at your local post office or customs office. We will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.
You may view our full refund policy here. New, unworn items with no visible wear, smells, hair (animal or otherwise) and in its original packaging (WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE) may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receiving the package, your refund application will be processed and reviewed within 3 – 6 working days. If the item is in pristine condition as described above, then your refund will be issued to you. If the item is not in the condition as described above then your refund application will be denied. In the event of a refund denial, we may offer you a significant discount of up to 50% for items similar to the one you returned.

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at [email protected] for a replacement item or a store credit to be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 days of receipt. Any damages resulting from a customer cutting the package contents with scissors or any other negligent act will not be replaced.
If you have accidentally received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at [email protected] so we can ship the correct item to you. We will make arrangements for the incorrect item to be shipped back to Chronos Emporium.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Chronos Emporium only exchanges items that defective or damaged through no fault of the customer. Please inform us within 3 days if the item is defective or damaged.
If 3 days has already elapsed, or there is another problem with your item then you may be eligible for a refund. Please review our refund policy and reference the FAQ section on refunds.
We accept all major credit cards which are processed through Stripe. 3D secure is also an option for those whose card supports it. All payments are 100% secure!
We do not charge sales tax on any of our items. You may be charged extra shipping costs depending on your country of residence. We do our best to ensure there are no hidden costs.
You are charged immediately at checkout. This is to ensure that we can ship your item as soon as possible.
All our prices are in US dollars (USD).
Order changes and/or cancellations
Once your order has been submitted, it can no longer be changed or modified. Please, triple check that your information is entered correctly and that you have chosen all the items you want.
Once your order has been placed, we offer no guarantee that your order can be successfully canceled. As such, we offer you a 1-hour window within which to cancel your order. You will be given in-store credit of the amount which you spent. No refund will be issued.
Please ensure to enter your coupon codes before proceeding with your payment. We will not issue a partial refund if you forgot to add your coupon to your order.
The prices of our items are not set in stone. Just as we can offer them at a discount, so too can the prices of these items rise due to our suppliers raising their prices. Price changes are final and no special considerations will be made once the price change has occurred.
Our donations to charity are based on our sales. For each watch sold, we donate $1 to charity. We may host fundraisers or temporarily raise the amount donated per sale.
Our primary concern is climate change and the state of the natural environment. As such, we identify non-profit organizations that are making the largest impact in these areas. Currently, our organization of choice is the NRDC.
